DITL Post Christmas Weekend in The LBC

Anyway, so Christmas is O V E R? Saturday, we hit up “Let’s Yolk about it” for Brunch. Then we searched the nearest Nespresso Store in the area and it was SOUTH COAST PLAZA. So let me just share a detail with you all from my childhood that’s very important to note for this post and all future posts. My mom is very Texan and outside of never leaving the house without being completely “made up”, she raised me in the mall. She used to tell me that Shopping was a Sport and it was also the 2nd best place to go to for good A/C during the hot summer months. With that being said when i enter a good mall it feels like h o m e to me. LoL i’m not even making this up! I could even tell you where are the good malls are located from every place i have ever lived. LoL

But back to our Nespresso Store experience, from what we could see this was a little pop-up shop in Bloomies not a full store. This store in the SPC seems to be the closest one to LBC for us. As soon as we walked into Bloomie’s they took our name and we had the option to wait in line for a cup of coffee while we waited to order our pods. I ordered a Gingerbread cup of coffee. always hits nicely this time of year. I also peeped their holiday Nespresso Keychains too.

So after our we picked out our Pods, I did some window shopping of all my favorite brands in Bloomies. Let me paint the picture for you of what it was like window shopping at Bloomie’s with my two boys. For me this is a relaxing event I want to window shop all the expensive brands I’m obsessed with and mosey around at my own pace. However, my husband had no clue as to why I like expensive sh*t as he says and couldn’t of tried to get out of there any quicker. Then there was my 6 year old who was like a bull in a china shop and the china shop was bloomingdale’s in their very expensive breakable section. With all that being said, my window shopping lasted no longer than 7 minutes until we reached the point of expiring like sour milk as I like to say and that was my cue to get us back to the C A R immediately. But I was there long enough to document some of the items i was peeping out post Christmas. Also, before we headed back to LBC we picked up a beautiful plant from IKEA.

As I become more consistent with creating in my house my son takes note of it and likes to be involved. He’s always asking me abou you all and likes to engage too. So this week I told him he could practice typing and send a note to you all. This is what he had to share;

Levi’s Corner: “susy”

Ending the post on this note CHAT, Feliz ANO Nuevo and i hope you all had a nice warm holiday and are gearing up for the new year!

Love always, Your UnPolished Bestie, XoXo - Stay Gold
