When the leasing office handed us our keys to our apartment it was such a sigh of relief. This is our third move as a family and then my tenth time moving to a new city/home since I was 18 years old! Although, moving is categorized as one of life’s biggest stressors I think we’ve had smooth transitions for the most part on every move we’ve accomplished as a family unit. BUT this m o v e, WHEW girls it has been the biggest test of ours to date. As we’re finally nearing the end of the moving season it’s a relief to think this is going to be over soon. This move had a lot of unforeseen setbacks and we had to literally come up with backup plans with almost the entire alphabet. LoL (plan a,b, c,d) During our last move we went from living overseas to going back to the states. I thought that was a lot because it involved us buying a home for the first time. But, now we have accumulated so much in the equation of life it has made this move much more challenging. Our main priority is always trying to maintain some type of normalcy for our son whatever the sacrifice may be on our part. But with this move I didn’t realize what the actual cost would be. There were definitely moments I was like maybe this is costing too much. But, like I said earlier I’m thankful we’re closer to the end of this move. It’s been a big test of our faith and resiliency during this time. So, Thank you to everyone who has followed us on this journey. We have so much to be thankful for going into this holiday season. Cheers to our new Beach Club!
