She flew to Omaha.
Besties, if you follow me on IG: @unpolishedtheblog you’ll know from my stories that it’s been a busy Q4 Season for me at work! I recently had to fly out to Omaha Nebraska. I’m not a Mid-West Girly and I wasn’t really sure what to expect besides seeing corn fields out there but I was b l o w n away. First of all did any of you girls know they have an amazing food scene out there?! Being that I work in Denver I take a lot of business trips out to the Mid-West and my coworkers have been telling me for a while now how great Omaha is for food. But I didn’t know it was pretty much like visiting the New York City of the Mid-West out there. I’ll be h o n e s t! Lola’s was my last stop before I flew back out to the Mile High City. I convinced my team to make a lunch stop here and it didn’t not disappoint our taste buds. Lola’s is actually inside Dundee Theater. It has a unique story to read more about Lola’s or see their menu click on the link at the bottom of this post.

Dream it.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Hummus Plate
Hummus with Sourdough Bread and Crudités. The fact they had veggies labeled as Crudités I knew I was in a good spot! It was simple yet tasteful. The entire table enjoyed the hummus.

Charcuterie Board.
It was a beautiful board that was plated with infamous cheeses and meats along with sugared almonds, mini pickles, butter, mustard and sourdough. It also was D E L I V E R E D on an aesthetic wooden serving board.
So let me know, Are you a “Chaca” Girlie or Not?!
