Happy Memorial Day Weekend! While I always honor and salute those who have given their lives in Service of our Nation! Today is an out of the office and I have been in full RELAXATION Mode this weekend. Catching my breath from ending Levi’s first school year on a high note and kicking off the start of a busy summer for us. I slept till 11 AM every day this weekend. It literally rained everyday in Denver so I was chillin in my VUORI Set watching my reality shows for the most part. So now that the weekend is coming to an end…I have BIG news to share with you all tomorrow. So check back on the blog manana. I hope you all are enjoying the holiday.
Where’s UnPolished this weekend in Denver? Abe and I made a Pitstop at our favorite IceCream Spot in the MileHighCity. ICHIGO Matcha Denver serves gourmet authentic Japanese Ice Cream and Specialty Drinks and Sandwiches. We first discovered ICHIGO Matcha Denver last summer I spotted the food truck in front of Union Station during my lunch walk. This spring I spotted they opened a kiosk on 16th Street. If I go missing during the work day you know where to find me now. (Insert wink Emoji) This spot is a GEM! My previous orders I highly recommend are: • strawberry soft serve with the waffle fish cone (Nutella at the bottom) • matcha soft serve swirl w/strawberry• Japanese style sandwich strawberry and creme. THIS IS A MUST VISIT SPOT.
