    First of all, everyone unintentionally finds themselves coming down with a case of SU N D A YSCARIES. Don’t play like you’re above it. My favorite HACKS I use when I have to check myself.

    1. Daily 5 Minute Journal - Girl, pay the money for journal it’s worth it! I promise (insert winking emoji)

    2. Grounding Session - girl put those bare feet in the grass

    3. AM Walks, Besties, I don’t know who needs to hear this but if you’re cortisol level is high go on a walk 30 minutes

    4.Spend time away from your phone. Girl, yes even if it means you disconnect from UnPolishedtheBlog for the day it’s ok I’ll be here tomorrow too!

    5. Plan your week ahead, girl the only way past the SundayScaries is T H R U so get to listing everything out
