Most Olive Oils aren’t 100% but Whole Foos 365 100% California Small Batch and can we be bought at your local Whole Foods. Pour into a cute shot glass and take it first thing in the AM about 30 minutes before breakfast.

Put it in the fridge over night and if it hardens it’s real Olive Oil and if it doesn’t harden then it means that it’s been compromised with seed oils. You will pay about over 10 Dollars for real Olive Oil. Also, it needs to be said Olive Oil has a lot of health benefits.
