Excuse me, it’s MY Birthday ! 🎂 ✨

Chat 💬, I L O V E my Birthday and when I was kid I honestly thought it was a Holiday. So as an adult I treat it as such. Very unapologetically because I work hard 364 days out of the year all I ask is for one day. So T H I R T Y - SEVEN started off with an early wake up call for a DryBar Appointment at 7:30 AM for a Beauty BlowOut. Shout out to my SIL who was super rad and booked me a BlowOut!!! It was my first time heading into the DryBar here in SoCal! The Staff was super personable and made me feel so welcome. I don’t frequent DryBar a lot so I was nervous walking in. But, my SIL didn’t tell me was that she booked me a TopTier Stylist!!! I was with Norma and she was incredible she immediately gave me a warm welcome and there was a Mimosa waiting for me when we sat down to run through my hair consultation. (post request of course) When we went back for a wash I also received a scalp massage and T H E BLOWOUT was everything! 🤏🏽✨ Mija, one good blowout and you feel like you can concur the world! Matter of fact I’m dropping her IG Handle if you’re in the SoCal Area hit her up IG: @hairby_aime

Once the BlowOut was secured I headed back into the LBC. Did I mentioned my birthday is a national holiday so of course my husband took off! 😉 As soon as I entered my lobby the concierge let me know I had a FTD Delivery and waiting inside the box was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers! My parents sent them all the way from Tejas! After we arranged the bouquet we were off! We skated thru the Long Beach Museum of Art to gawk at the Robert Williams Exhibit. We’ve seen a few of his pieces throughout Long Beach but to see his exhibit was another level. Then we headed to Claire’s At The Museum for a Birthday Brunch Oceanside of course. Everything we ordered definitely hit for the Birthday Vibes.

To top off my B I R T H D A Y we watched the sunset as a family by bonfire with a at Home Happy Hour. I requested Dirty Martinis and Papi delivered a beautiful spread. Also, the BLOWOUT held up like a C H A M P! Cake was made by Marilu’s Bakery in Cambodia Town! IG @marilusbbakery Can we talk about these CHIC Glasses though? They were found a thrift store on 4th Street in Long Beach and were priced at $4.00 a glass 😱 Yes Girl Yes! Love a good thrift find 🤏🏽✨

Thank you to everyone who sent me Birthday Wishes! Still floating on Cloud Nine “Pisces Thangs”
