Everyone who knows me knows that I’m the ultimate foodie. I’m always driving hours to try a new trending food or over paying for top tier cuisine. Ruby’s Diner on Balboa Pier definitely pleased my platte. Which is shocking because I can’t say that for many restaurants now that I’ve moved back to the States after living abroad for 4 ½ years.
